I've a good friend in Alvin.
I consider him to be is a very wise person.
A few nights ago, he had this to say to me...
"it is not good to compare
to compare your self with anybody else
if I compare myself with you
I am a loser
I have housing problem and I need to work to eat
if I compare you with someone else
someone else will have more money than you
he will drive a sports car even if he is useless in school
but he will complain against the son of a corporation like Telstra
no one is a winner
better to just to accept who you are..."

hmm..it's very true that we shudn't compare ourselves with others..but since we're human, we do feel inadequate at times..so, instead of lookin at like rich bastards and sigh why our lives can't be all bout money and achivements like theirs, we can be thankful that we're not living a miserable life like ppl in india..or the drain sweeper..
oh..and im not like discriminating drain sweepers or wtv...
y compare when u can be different? thats when u become the original and comparison will come about because of the difference det u project to others....
