Consider this

It is easy to judge emotively that this is BAD and that is WRONG. But, what if I asked you why do you consider it to be such absolutes?

This is why I have little respect for extremists.

I've been approached by many people who tell me that the Islamic terrorism out of the Afghanistan region is bad. And, that the crashing of the airliners known as September 11 is bad.

But, understand this.

I agree that it is bad. I do not condone such extreme actions. I come from an Islamic country where the Islamic laws are somewhat relaxed. I know a meagre ammount about Islam to know that they are advocates of PEACE. And, some of my closest friends are from Islam.

Understand also that Afghanistan, in recent history, was *used* by America as a shield against a Russian counter invasion during the Cold War era. America did not want to fight a war on two fronts and, so they found allies in the Afghans. They supplied them with weapons, training, medicine and fundings. But after the war, America pulled out.
