just got back from Forrest Hill with Heng and the guys

What is MERDEKA?
It's Malaysia's Independance Day... every 31st August

was a great Merdeka celebration thingy
at a karaoke... HAHA!
was singing part way through a song and the clock showed 2am
(Malaysia is 2 hours behind Melbourne time)
and as it was, we stopped and did a countdown...
on stage... in front of everybody... in the lounge...

anyways, Happy MERDEKA! people...
