back from Cairns... ^_^*

hehe...

I just got off the plane from Cairns today at abt 12:30am.
I'm all nice and tanned, well... and a lil' burnt.
*toasted*

Had a great time there.
Lots of japanese tourists, so I had a good time checking out the nice ones.
No photos though, didn't want any drama.
And, a few were kawaii~ cute... ^_^'

It was on the off peak season and a lil' before the Wet.
Queensland, up north, is actually the tropics.
Cairns is close enough to the equator to feel much like KL.
The place is unique cause it has both the Aussie Brush forest (savannah?) that grows beside the tropical rainforest
Yea... they have rainforests and a wet and soggy rainy season, like in Malaysia.

And, yea, learnt a lot of wierd stuff too.
Like? erm... that Cairns is built on reclaimed marshlands.
And, the humble banana is actually a herb!

Well people... gonna grab some sleep now.
I'm gonna load up some pics and blog abt my trip later... most probably next week?
